The time is FLYING I just can’t handle it!!

Well today we played soccer as a Zone it was awesome!! But it was the last Zone activity I will be at! CRAZY My Zone is FULL of white guys...they are crazy but they only talk to me in English now...they keep telling me I am awkward and need to practice. Nice guys huh..?

Well this week at church Axel went!! We met him the first change I was here about 5 weeks ago and he said he would go then we couldn’t find him but we ran into him in the street and he said well this Sunday I will be waiting on the corner for you... and he was we saw him and I just thought WHAT and he said I thought you guys weren’t going to come..

Yohana is still going strong and amazing!!

Alba is going to marry Abel. And Abel is going to get baptized!!!! HOLLLAAAA

Well I also started packing this week...I just don’t know how I feel about that.

I Love Nicaragua so much!! I have my final interview tomorrow it’s crazy

We also had Multi Zones this last Tuesday they talked a lot about Arizona I was going crazy they we got to watch Meet the Mormons it was awesome!!! Made me excited to go home.. After we watched it, President Russell stood up and he says well those North Americans that are about to go home I am sorry if that made you want to go home.. If you haven’t seen the movie watch it it’s awesome!!! Shows that Mormons are normal people too we have problems like anyone else we just have found the path that has the answers and the help we need!! I love you all so much sorry there aren’t pictures this week!! I love you all a ton!!

July 13, 2015 (Diriamba Nicaragua)

Well Yohana and the boys got baptized!! It was amazing Yohana was really nervous and scared but when she came out of the water she looked at me and said I know I made the right choice it was just so amazing!! 

We are looking for a lot of new people right now and we met 2 families and some youth...we will see what happens 

So last night the Aps called and said I needed to be in Managua today at 10 for choir practice for our multizonas so we showed up and.....I am singing in a duet with another elder.....soprano...And its tomorrow that I will be singing...they sure know how to spring things on people but that will be fine I just haven’t sung in a long while we will see how it goes!! 

I am so grateful for the opportunity I have every day to wake up and put my name tag on...It’s a gift and I love it...I know this is short but I am sending pictures that you can see in my blog!! I love you all!!

Well this week was awesome but crazy Sunday I completed 17 Months here. I cannot believe it. At. All.

Well Yohana and her boys are going to be getting baptized this Saturday!!! I am so excited we got to their house on Sunday to go to church and they were there all ready to go! Then we got to church and it was Fast Sunday so everyone was baring their testimonies and then Yohana looked at us and said can I go up there?? We said YES OF COURSE and she said but I’m wearing pants I just said who cares go get it girl!! So she did! She got up there and bore her testimony about meeting the missionaries and she thanked my companion and me in front of EVERYONE. I cried and then they decided to sing God be with you till we meet again for the last song....not cool.

The work here in Diriamba is flying!! The members and helping like crazy and they go visiting every Sunday! It’s awesome!!!
Well it’s crazy to think that in just one month I will be in my house...I just don’t quite know what to think about that! I can’t believe that the time is gone. I have grown so much and learned so much that I just want to keep doing it....Seeing people go from not wanting to listen to us to KNOWING and BELIEVING that this is all true is amazing you see everything about them change their eyes how they talk how they treat people families are happier and they just finally know why they are here in this earth.

I know why I am here. I know I was CALLED and set apart to Preach the only true Gospel in the world. This is Gods church and Jesus is the Head of it. They guide us in EVERYTHING that we do and need to be doing. The Book of Mormon brings light into places where there is darkness answers questions and gives revelations that are really and truly needed. God calls leaders to help and guide us. I love you all soooo much!!!

Well today I started the last six weeks of my mission. I am full of so many emotions I am trying to get ahold of them all! I am happy sad and so many other things all at once.

Well this week Alba got interviewed to get her calling!! She told the President I will have to get back to you on that the Sisters said I need to pray in everything that I do so that God will give me an answer and Help me be prepared. THAT’S RIGHT! Anyway so she said when she gets her answer she will let him know. I love her and her girls Britani and Wendy!

Johana and her boys (Francisco Gabriel and Franklin) went to church again and they loved it! She had gone once before but didn’t like it because she said they just looked at her really rude ad she just didn’t like it so after convincing her to go and see again she went this last Sunday and she loved it because all the members started talking to her and just getting to know her and the boys love their classes it was just really good! They will be getting baptized in July!! Yay!!

Well Happy Birthday to Morgan and Mykelti this Sunday those little stinkers are getting ollllld!!

Well hello there everyone!! so today we had a district activity it was awesome we cooked a bunch of food from Different countries I made tacos....they all gave me crap because  I am American and not Mexican....Oh well it was fun after that we played with water balloons and we played soccer it was pretty fun!

Well this Sunday was AWESOME we left the house at 630 to go and get our investigators we showed up to the first house and I saw the look on her face and I knew she was going to tell us she couldn’t go but I sat down and said you know you need to go and why you need to go so she looked at me and smiled and she said fine I will go shower so she did then we went to the next house and she walked out ready!! SCORRE then The next house he wasn’t there but we showed up to the house of the family we are teaching a mom and her three boys and she tried to tell us she wasn’t going because they didn’t feel comfortable we then started talking about the feelings that come from the devil and the feelings that come from God she slumped her shoulders and said but I haven’t showered I said we have time we can wait so we did. Then we showed up to church and there were two more of our investigators that we had just stopped teaching....funny how that happens...and Then Alba the woman that got baptized Saturday before last was there with her husband this woman is AWESOME she said that he couldn’t go back to live with her until they were married and that he needed to start going to church BAM!!! 

Well I don’t have much time left but I love you all so much and I hope to hear from you guys this next week thank you for always being there to support me!!

Alba got baptized!

Alba got baptized!!! I found her the first day I got here my comp said they had passed that house and passed it but never felt the desire to contact it but when I got here I said lets contact this house so we did and she came out!! She was soooo prepared!! She asked us if she could get baptized earlier it was awesome she said when she read the Book of Mormon she LOVED it she knew it was true!! I was honored to be able to teach her!

Well I had interviews this week it went really well President and I talked about a lot of this and we ended up crying and I just love that guy!!

Well it is raining here a lot but that’s better than the heat!! Well I am still going strong don’t worry about me getting Trunky...you all talking about me getting trunky will make me that way jaja I love you all so much!! And I hope everything is good over there!!

The work is progressing here I am glad to be a part of it!! Remember to pray for your missionary experiences!! I love you all! Until next week!

Heard about crazy stuff happening over there!! I am glad everyone is safe! I just don’t even know what to think about all that!

WEll this Sunday my investigator Alba brought her husband to church on SUNDAY SCORRRREEE!!!!! I love when that happens!!

We also went with the AP to talk to two of our investigators for interviews and they are getting baptized SATURDAY then we went to get permission for two other of our investigators that are also getting baptized SATURDAY YAY YAY YAY

Well Diriamba is as cold as ever this week we met a sweet old man named Geronimo we talked to him for a long while he can’t read but he knows soooo much!! We are going to help him learn to read it’s going to be awesome!!

The ward here is really good they really do help when they say they will and their testimonies are so strong!!

I hope that when I get home I will be able to still look for and have these wonderful experiences!! I love this gospel and this live I have and I love all of you!!

May 18, 2015 (Diriamba Nicaragua)

New area Diriamba Nicaragua and a new companion Hermana Lagos from Honduras.

Well today they told me I will be going home the 6th of August.. I was sitting in Sacrament meeting this last week and they were singing I know that My Redeemer Lives and I looked at my investigators sitting next to me and I almost started crying.... I just had the strongest feeling that I don’t want to leave here I want all of you to come here!! 

Well I had changes this week I am  in Diriamba with Hermana Lagos she is seriously one of the Prettiest sister missionaries here I just love her ever since she got here I have wanted  to be her companion and here I am with her!! I just love it!! She is from Honduras!! 

Well I love you all. 

So we are teaching a kid named Eliezar he is awesome but he LOVES coffee... we need some ideas to help him to stop! Let me know what you think!! 

Then we met a girl named Alba this last week and she said yes I am going to church Sunday and SHE DID she is just so awesome she told us if God sent you here it’s because he wants something with me so let’s do this! AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME. 

Well this area I am in is FREEZING well not really it’s like Mesa in the winter but with Round Valley winds ALL THE TIME I love it but God is preparing me for life after because....my house has an American looking bathroom and CARPET....and a walk in closet..... and there is a lady that cleans are house....It is soooo weird 

Well keep praying for rain here so these people can eat and have a break from the heat.

Today I started the last 12 weeks of my mission! pray for my investigators that they recieve their answers sooooon!! 

 

I got to talk to my wonderful family yesterday!! it was wonderful to see them all!! 

 

Well this week we got to see the members work hand in hand with our investigators to get a TON of people to church on Sunday it was branch conference and they did soooo good!!!! 

 

This one is really short this week we have changes this week I will be letting you know!! just remember one thing!! 

 

Because Jesus suffered for all of our sins all by himself in the garden WE NEVER HAVE TO DO IT ALONE!!!!

Oh man I miss you guys...all of you so much! JONATHAN GOT BAPTISED!!!! You all know me and you know I don’t cry but when this little guy left the water. Then the little goof ball started to try and swim...oh man.... But the best part about it was the phone call he gave us that night he was crying and he said sister Udall thank you for teaching me and bringing this gospel to my life you are an angel in my life I am crying right now and it’s because I am happy! He said I now have a reason to live... I am clean! Moments like that are what I live for!!! 

Well this week I got a very sad phone call it was happy because I got to talk to people from Nandaime but they told me that Brunilda passed away......

 

When I heard I got sad but then I was just enveloped with a warm love feeling and the words (Don’t worry about her. Don’t be sad she is here with me waiting for you return with honor I love you) I LOVE HEAVENLY FATHER and he loves me!! 

THE RAINS HAVE STARTED so do you guys remember this time last year when I was in NAndaime and it flooded everywhere well the time has come again.... I love love the rain because it cools down here enough to use a small sweater. Let’s just hope I don’t get a cold!! 

Well… Spiritual thought for the day.....Alma 26:30 and then 27. Doesn’t matter where you are or what you've been through God loves you and knows you!!! And I do too!!! I will be home to bug you all about going to church soon enough!! I love you all!!!!
